Non Shrink Tubing
ISG's non-shrink tubing range encompasses extruded PTFE, silicone, PVC, polyolefin and nylon sleeving products for wire insulation, harness protection and component covering in aerospace, defence and industrial environments. Unlike heat shrink variants, these products are installed over conductors and components prior to assembly or used as flexible conduit for ongoing accessibility.
PTFE sleeving provides exceptional chemical inertness and continuous service to +260°C, while silicone grades offer flexibility at extreme low temperatures down to -60°C. PVC variants are cost-effective solutions for general industrial applications. Products comply with BS EN 60684, DEF STAN and relevant AMS and ASTM specifications, with full dimensional traceability and test certificates available.
