ISG supplies crimp terminals, ring tongues, spade terminals, pin and socket contacts and in-line splices meeting the rigorous electrical and mechanical requirements of military and aerospace applications. Products are manufactured to MIL-SPEC standards including M22520, AS7928 and AS81824, using high-conductivity copper alloy bodies with tin, silver, or gold plating selected to minimise contact resistance and prevent galvanic corrosion.
Proper crimping with calibrated tooling produces gas-tight, vibration-resistant connections with pull-off forces exceeding MIL-DTL-22520 requirements. ISG provides tooling recommendations and calibration certification services alongside terminal supply. Heat-shrink insulated variants incorporate solder pre-forms and adhesive-lined sleeves for fully sealed, strain-relieved terminations suitable for harsh environmental exposure.
